We’re an online beauty brand that is looking for GENUINELY CREATIVE minds that are experienced in graphic design and other mediums. If you want a fun office environment where ideas thrive & your opinion matters then we have the job for you! The position requires the following abilities:

• Must be team oriented & proactive in generating new concepts for social, branding, & marketing materials.
• Maintain and guard brand consistency throughout all marketing and other customer facing channels
• Work closely with Creative Director and Digital Marketing Team to designs ads campaigns
• Social Media savvy & knowledgeable of how to create content for TikTok & IG stories
• Familiar with how to handle social media management and follower engagement
• Knowledge of creating graphics for branding, social media, banners, newsletters, etc.
• Creative, good time management, organized, and ability to meet the deadlines
• Have an eye for detail, be able to conceptual visuals with good creative expression through art
• Knowledge of print production,colors codes, formats, etc
• Plan, prepare & execute visual content for various platforms based on requirements from the team lead
• Know how to organize and pitch unique creative ideas to your team lead
• Create attractive social media posts to catch the audience's attention & execute campaigns per schedule
• Develop various content like graphics, videos, and other forms of media
• Ability to edit photos and retouch beauty photos is highly desired
• Miscellaneous tasks as required by company

REQUIREMENTS

• At least two years experience as a graphic designer & success-driven with a strong CONTENT CREATOR
• High level of proficiency with CANVA, Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effect is a plus
• Skills in photography/videography and video editing for social media content is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google suite; must have a laptop & know the computer
• Proficiency in English (other languages a plus) with strong interpersonal & professional skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp4,000,000 per month
